CT Couple Killed In PA Hit-And-Run; Driver Sentenced To Up To 56 Years A Pennsylvania man was sentenced to 26 years, nine months to 56 years, 10 months in state prison for causing the high-speed hit-and-run crash that killed a Connecticut couple in Bucks County last February. John Thomas Wadlinger Jr., 32, of Bensalem, received the sentence from Common Pleas Judge C. Theodore Fritsch on Monday, Jan. 27, 2025, at the Bucks County Justice Center. Chester County Suspect Crashed Into Police Car During Chase: PSP A 19-year-old man is in custody after a chase through Chester County early Saturday morning, March 23, according to a police report from state troopers.  Authorities said they were called about a possible kidnapping in Caln Township around 4:45 a.m. and chased a suspect vehicle through East Fallowfield and West Bradford townships.  At one point during the pursuit, state police said the suspect rammed into a parked PSP vehicle while troopers were deploying spike strips. Philly Woman Wanted For Fleeing From Cops In DelCo: Police A Philadelphia woman is wanted by police in Delaware County, authorities said. Japiera A. Daniels, 21, was stopped for a number of vehicle violations on Friday, April 8, Radnor Township police said. When an officer approached her vehicle, she drove away with their arm still inside, they said. The officer was treated and released from a local hospital. She had also been wanted on charges in Montgomery County, police said. She's now facing charges of assault on a law enforcement officer and fleeing or attempting to elude police.
