Maryland State Police have released harrowing details in the quadruple murder-suicide involving two young Pennsylvania girls, their father and his alleged accomplice. The manhunt for Robert Vicosa, 41, Tia Bynam, 35, and Vicosa's daughters, Giana, 7, and Aaminah, 6, came to a tragic end on Thursday around 2:30 p.m., MSP said in a news release. A police officer in the Philadelphia suburbs fired a shot through the window of car as the driver attempted to flee during a traffic stop, authorities said. An investigation later identified the driver as Takeshia Landry, of Ohio, who had a colt revolver firearm in her purse, Chester County DA Deborah Ryan said. A 25-year-old New Jersey man was arrested for fatally shooting another man in Pennsylvania after an apparent road rage incident on Tuesday, authorities and reports say. The Pennsylvania man who shot and killed a US postal worker has told the US Department of Justice why he did, according to a USDOJ release. Eric M. Kortz, 53, of Pittsburgh, shot and killed a uniformed USPS worker on Thursday, as Daily Voice previously reported. Louis Vignone, 58, was shot multiple times while working his regular route as a US Postal Service letter carrier. Vignone was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of multiple gunshots, including one to the head. A drug dealer who threatened to shoot at West Chester police officers if he was arrested was taken into custody on Tuesday, authorities said. The 24-year-old man who shot the Yardley Borough police chief earlier this month in Bucks County was ordered to face trial on attempted murder and related charges, authorities said Tuesday. Colin F. A suspected drug dealer was arrested Friday on accusations he trafficked heroin, fentanyl, and other drugs in Reading, authorities said.
