Passionate Lehigh Valley barbeque chef and skilled ice hockey player David Allen Orwan, Jr. died at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill on Wednesday, Oct. 5. He was 32.
Born in Bethlehem, David attended Emmaus High School before graduating from Liberty High School, his obituary says.
David worked at Ciao Sandwich Shoppe in Easton and had a passion for barbequing and smoking all types of meats.
He was also a skilled ice hockey player and had played on a number of different teams throughout the Lehigh Valley like the LV Comets, Bethlehem Blast, and LV Warriors, according to his memorial.

Born in Cienaga, Colombia, South America, Jairo graduated from Emmaus High School, his obituary says.
He had worked as a foreman at a number of different construction companies over the years and enjoyed fishing.
He also loved spending time with his family and embraced his role as a devoted dad to his four children, Aubree Lida-Rose, Bentley Karsyn, Aiden Michael, and Jesiah Dwayne.

Lehigh Valley mother of two and home health aid Ashley L. Weaver died March 8 at St. Luke’s in Allentown. She was 33.
Born in Allentown, Weaver worked as a home health aid, her obituary says.
She attended Emmaus High School and spent time living in Pen Argyl, according to her Facebook page.
Weaver lived in Coopersburg at the time of her death, her memorial says.
