Accused Philadelphia Drug Dealer Tosses Gun, Flees On Foot Before Atlantic City Arrest: Police A 28-year-old man from Philadelphia tossed a handgun as he fled from police after an alleged drug deal in Atlantic City, authorities said. Detectives Eric Evans and Alberto Valles were patrolling the 2500 block of Pacific Avenue near a school on Saturday, Nov. 11 at about 3 p.m. when they observed Tereen Fowler engage in a drug deal with another man, police said.
