Man Arrested, Another At Large In Fatal PA Home Invasion: DA A second suspect has been charged in a deadly home invasion in Lower Merion that left a man dead and his mother fighting for her life, Montgomery County authorities announced Thursday, Dec. 12. Charles Fulforth, 41, of Jenkintown, was arrested for second-degree murder, robbery, and burglary after detectives linked him to the Dec. 8 attack that claimed the life of 25-year-old Andrew Gaudio and critically injured his mother, 61-year-old Bernadette Gaudio. Homicide: Man Police Cannot ID Shot Dead In York A man was found shot dead in York City and police had yet to be able to identified him at the time of the police release at 8:20 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12.  Officers were called to a report of a man shot dead with multiple gunshot wounds in the the 800 block of West College Avenue around 4:52 p.m., as detailed in the release.  "The identity of this individual is currently unknown, and the incident is being investigated as a homicide," the police wrote in the release.  The victim was identified by the York County Coroner days later. Police Seek Missing 72-Year-Old In Bucks County A 72-year-old Fairless Hills man has been missing since Monday, July 29, according to Falls Township police. Joseph Verni was last seen around 8 a.m. that day, authorities said. He was wearing a burnt orange T-shirt and shorts and drives a white Honda Fit with Pennsylvania tag number MLG5191.  Verni is 5-foot-9 with a thin build, they added.  Anyone with information is asked to call Detective John Vella, at 215-302-3317 or email j.vella@fallstwppd.com.

Chester High School Football Player Killed In Shooting: Police A 17-year-old boy was shot and killed on a street in Chester on Sunday evening, authorities announced on Tuesday, July 2.  Zaheem Sabree was found with a gunshot wound to the head on East 24th Street near Crosby Street around 6:40 p.m., on June 30, city police detailed in the release. He was taken to an area hospital where he died from his wounds.  Sabree played football at Chester High School, according to his account on Hudl.com. Police are asking anyone with information on the shooting to call Detective Michael Maher at 610-447-8428.
