A Philadelphia-based criminal organization involved in the mass theft of catalytic converters has been shut down, authorities announced in a press conference Tuesday, June 27. A South Jersey man accused of driving drunk and causing the crash that killed a 21-year-old Uber passenger in Philadelphia was nabbed by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Monday morning, authorities said.
