Two Philadelphia area men were charged for recklessly endangering others during an illegal car meet in the city over the weekend, authorities announced on Friday, Sept. 27.
Deonte Vincent, 25, of Philadelphia, and Jhonny Martinez, 19, of Upper Darby, were both charged with Recklessly Endangering Another Person for separate incidents, the Philadelphia Police Department said.
