Reading Man Charged With Raping Child: Berks DA
A Reading resident was arrested on charges of raping a child when she was 7 and 8 years old, Berks County prosecutors said in a release. Steven O. Galvan, 28, was taken into custody by county detectives on Wednesday, April 12, and charged with multiple felony offenses, including rape and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, said the District Attorney's Office.
