A 37-year-old woman has been charged for allegedly punching a police officer while drunk and high, according to a release by the Manheim Township police on Tuesday, Aug. 6. Kathleen Joanna Russell, was confronted by an officer after "Two 911 calls were placed by residents of a neighborhood, reporting a female sitting in a vehicle that was parked haphazardly, waving her arms around, and yelling," in the 2000 block of Wynfield Drive on July 29, as stated in the release. A Pennsylvania doctor was arrested for allegedly using her patients' information to acquire drugs for herself for recreational use, according to the state's attorney general's office on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. PA Woman, Inmate Smuggled Drugs Through Mail Into DelCo Jail, DA Says
A Pennsylvania woman and an inmate were charged with smuggling drugs through the mail into a Delaware County jail, authorities said. Working with the members of the Narcotics Task Force, during February through August, the mailroom staff at George W. Hill Correctional Facility in Concord intercepted eight packages containing synthetic cannabinoids and suboxone, according to the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.
