Man With 'Large Amount Of Naroctics' Strikes Officer While Fleeing DUI Stop In PA: Police A 56-year-old man suspected of driving under the influence hit a police officer with his vehicle while trying to flee on Friday, Nov. 3 around 3 a.m., Pittsburgh Public Safety Officer Cara Cruz told Daily Voice.  A Pittsburgh police officer from Zone 3 pulled over the man on suspicion of a DUI at the intersection of McKinley Street and Grogan Avenue in the Knoxville neighborhood. The officer got out of his vehicle and spoke with the suspect who identified himself as Charles Raymond Daniels, but could not provide a driver's license.
