18-Year-Old Man Killed, Two Hurt In West Vincent Crash: PD UPDATE: An 18-year-old man was killed and two others were hurt in a crash in West Vincent Township on Thursday, July 21, authorities said. The man was traveling northbound on Rt. 100 and Blackhorse Road around 11:05 a.m., when he crossed into the southbound lanes, where he was struck by another vehicle carrying a 69-year-old woman and a 13-year-old child, local police said. The unidentified man died at the scene, while the driver and passenger in the second car were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of moderate injuries, police said.
