A 2019 white Toyota Highlander with a black cargo storage container on the roof was stolen in the 200 block of Shropshire Drive between 9 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Monday, March 7, West Chester police said.
The car has a Pennsylvania registration - HMF0981.
An unidentified person was seen on security footage trying to open vehicle doors in the neighborhood, according to police.
Anyone with information on the person in the video, the stolen vehicle, or anyone living in the area with security footage is asked to contact officer Davis at 610-696-2700.
