Two men were found fighting in the middle of a Bucks County street following a road rage incident, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 13. James Fetscher, 78, of Warminster, and Neil Maurer, no age listed, of Horsham, fought in the center of the road in the 800 block of Easton Road at 12:25 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, the Warrington Township Police Department said. A SEPTA transit police officer was arrested by the FBI for sharing child pornography, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Brian Zenszer, 43, of Warminster, was accused of sharing 19 videos of child pornography and two pictures via his Kik social media account on Wednesday, Nov. 6, according to the affidavit of probable cause. Vehicular Homicide Charges Filed Against Bucks County Man: Police
A Warminster man was arrested for vehicular homicide on Thursday, Oct. 3, according to police. Nicholas Toth, 43, was arrested without incident and arraigned before Judge Christopher O'Neill, the Warminster Township Police Department said. Toth was charged with Homicide by Vehicle, Reckless Driving, and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, according to police. Toth's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 4, according to court documents. Unsecured bail was set at $100,000.

A pedestrian was struck dead in Warminster on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, area police announced. The fatal crash happened at 220 East Street Road at around 6 a.m., Warminster Township Police detailed in a release. Warminster Township police seek the public's assistance in locating a 17-year-old boy, authorities said on Friday, Aug. 23. The unidentified teen walked away from his group home in Warminster, police said. The date and time he disappeared was not shared. He was last seen wearing black pants, a black sweatshirt, and a black backpack. The missing teenage boy has a light scar on the right side of his forehead. Christmas Day Burglary Has Police In Bucks County Asking Public For Info
A Christmas day burglary in Warminster has investigators asking the public for help, according to a release on Friday, June 28. The vehicle pictured (above) was seen pulling into a driveway on Dec. 25, authorities detailed in the release. A Bucks County jury convicted a Warminster man of multiple felony counts including rape of a child on Thursday, June 13, the District Attorney's Office says. Umair Mir, 39, was previously accused of sexually abusing two sisters over a period of five years, prosecutors said. The investigation began late last year when the victims told their brother about the abuse. Their brother told Mir's wife, who reported it to the victims' high school, according to authorities. Warminster police are looking for two suspects in an armed robbery. The pictured men walked into the 1483 W Street Road 7-Eleven just after midnight on Saturday, June 8, authorities said. They robbed the clerk at knifepoint and made off with "various items," police said. Authorities have released stills from the store's video surveillance system showing both suspects. Township firefighters responded to the 700 block of Lillian Lane around 10:30 p.m. on May 20, police said in a release. Police launched a manhunt in the Eddington section of the township in connection with a Warminster theft on Tuesday afternoon, May 28, officials said.
