Seen Him? Missing Man Last Seen At Plainview McDonald's Authorities are asking for help in locating a missing Long Island man. John Dowling, age 63, was last seen at the Plainview McDonald’s located at 818 Old Country Road, at around 11:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21. He was reported missing an hour later. Nassau County Police said Dowling is 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds, with gray hair, a gray mustache, and brown eyes. He was wearing a black sweater and blue jeans.
