Nearly 150 firefighters responded to the 1200 block of Adams Avenue in the Frankford neighborhood at 5:31 a.m. where the fire struck four alarms by 6:26 a.m., according to the police and the city fire department. The 4-alarm fire on Adams Avenue in Frankford has been placed under control. OEM emergency response staff remains on scene for unmet needs and interagency coordination with partners.
