Kim Kardashian Sued: Star Mistakenly ID'd Man's Photo As Death Row Inmate Reality TV star and business mogul Kim Kardashian is facing a lawsuit over allegations that she falsely identified a New York man as a convicted murderer on Instagram, causing him serious emotional distress.
