PA Passenger Guilty Of Involuntary Manslaughter For I-78 Fatal Crash: DA A passenger has been found guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter for a fatal crash on Interstate 78, the Berks County District Attorney's Office annoued on Friday, Oct. 11. Dustin Micheal Harbaugh, 37, of Lebanon, was convicted for causing the crash that killed Jason Carl Blauch, 38, of Myerstown, according to the DA and his obituary posted by Rohland Funeral Home Inc. Shoeless 11-Year-Old Boy Who Ran Away From Grandma's House Found: PA State Police A boy who left home without his shoes on has been found safe, Pennsylvania State Police told Daily Voice on Monday, Aug. 19.  Ace Snook, 11, most recently of the 200 block of East Main Street in Myerstown Borough went missing before 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 14. PSP officers were called to the home at 11:25 p.m. after he ran away without any shoes, money, or his cell phone.  Ace had been living at the home with his grandmother for the past two weeks.
