The Phoenixville Police Department is mourning the loss of one of its own. Arthur "Art" Scena IV was killed in a car crash in Warminster Township, his department said. Two men were found grappling over a machete during a road rage incident in Bucks County, police said. A shooting at a Pennsylvania Wawa has left a pregnant mom dead, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice.
