A woman was found dead in a park in Philadelphia, police announced on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024. Philadelphia Police were called to the 900 block of Tustin Avenue in the 7th District at 3:37 p.m. Officers found the unidentified woman at the scene. The National Parks Service said Gillian Tones of North Apollo slipped on a rock and fell into the water above St. Mary Falls on Sunday afternoon, June 23.
