Philly Mom Caused Infant Son's OD Tranq Death In South Jersey, Prosecutor Says A 32-year-old woman from Philadelphia has been charged with causing the death of her 10-month-old son through exposure to an illicit veterinary drug in South Jersey, authorities said. Vanessa Hampton, of the Frankford section of Philadelphia, was charged with second-degree manslaughter and drug possession, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L.
