Fatal I-83 Motorcycle Crash Lands Man Charges: PA State Police
A York man is facing serious charges after a road rage incident on I-83 led to a motorcyclist’s death, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday, Jan. 8.
Ray Hacker, 31, of York, PA, was arraigned on charges including Homicide by Vehicle, Aggravated Assault by Vehicle, Reckless Driving, and Careless Driving, according to PSP Troop J.
The crash happened on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at approximately 11:23 a.m., on I-83 northbound at mile marker 35.5 in Fairview Township, York County, authorities said.

A Berks County man was charged with vehicular homicide for a fatal high-speed crash in Caernarvon Township on Monday, Sept. 30, according to police.
Matthew Slauch, 23, of Birdsboro, is accused of causing the death of Scott Wagner, 64, of Reinholds, who was killed in a crash at the intersection of Morgantown and Elverson roads that happened on Thursday, June 6, Caernarvon Township Police said.
