Daryl Rose Clifton, 58, of Warrington, is accused of impersonating various authorities as he accosted children, parents, and others visiting the Doctor Adams Community Park located at 2235 Oxford Drive, police said. Therit, Jr., 63, of Hanover, passed away at WellSpan York Hospital at 3:11 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, according to a release by the coroner's office.
