A Pennsylvania Lottery player in Northwest Philadelphia took home the top prize playing the "Cash Boom" game this week, according to state officials. The lucky winner earned $141,663 on Wednesday, July 24, lotto reps said. The Shell gas station at 2901 West Abbottsford Avenue will receive a $500 bonus for vending the winning ticket. "Cash Boom" is a $5 Fast Play game with prizes starting at $75,000.
