Former Delco Pastor Acquitted In 1975 Murder Of 8-Year-Old Gretchen Harrington Nearly 50 years after 8-year-old Gretchen Harrington was abducted and killed in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, David Zandstra, a former pastor accused of her murder, has been found not guilty. Court records updated on Saturday, Jan. 18, show Zandstra was acquitted of all charges following a trial on Friday, Jan. 17. Multiple fire departments responded to the report of a fire on the second floor of Saint Francis of Assisi Parish School, located at 112 Saxer Avenue, the Springfield Fire Company said on its Facebook page. Pregnant Woman Shot Dead At Delco Wawa: Affidavit A shooting at a Pennsylvania Wawa has left a pregnant mom dead, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice. Latoya Davis, 32, of Philadelphia, was found suffering a gunshot wound to the upper torso at the Wawa located at 910 MacDade Boulevard in Collington at 7:20 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, as detailed in the affidavit of probable cause shared with Daily Voice by the Delaware County District Attorney's Office. Dispute At Delco Bar Led To Deadly Shooting, Police Say Police are investigating an Upper Darby homicide.  Authorities said a 27-year-old was shot multiple times near Baltimore Avenue and Penn Boulevard in the early morning hours on Saturday, May 18. He was taken to an area hospital where he later died. Investigators believe the victim was involved in a dispute at a bar before the shooting.  East Lansdowne police and the Delaware County District Attorney's Office are investigating. Delco Crossing Guard Gave Marijuana Vapes To Middle Schoolers, DA Says A school crossing guard at Penn Wood Middle School in Darby Borough is accused of providing students with marijuana vapes and edibles, says the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.  Kiara Lee is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and corruption of minors, prosecutors said.  Police began investigating after a student and their guardian talked to the principal about Lee "providing students with “vapes” (electronic cigarettes)," the DA's Office said.
