Officials have identified the 70-year-old fatally struck by a car in Allentown on Sunday, July 28. Miguel Angel DeJesus was hit on the 100 block of West Liberty Street around 8:45 p.m., said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. He was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest where he died from blunt force injuries on Monday morning, July 29, according to authorities. A father of two died following a crash into a tree on Wednesday night, July 17, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio announced the following morning. Johny M. Roustic, 51, of East Allen Township, crashed on Pembroke Road near East Washington Avenue in Bethlehem around 8 p.m., city police detailed in a separate release. An Allentown Catholic high school has announced the death of one of its students. Gabriella "Gabby" Velazquez, a rising sophomore at Allentown Central Catholic High School died suddenly, the school announced on Friday, July 12. A cause of death was not provided. World Cup Easton, an area cheer squad, said Velazquez was "a vibrant, loud, positive light." "She always kept you smiling and laughing. Head-On Crash Kills Two Drivers In North Philadelphia: Police
Two men have died after a car crash in Philadelphia early Tuesday morning, June 25, city police say. Authorities said it happened around 1:40 a.m. A southbound sedan on North Broad Street collided head-on with a northbound Toyota Rav 4 near West Hunting Park Avenue, according to PPD. Death Investigation Underway In Bucks County
Authorities are investigating a death in a Northampton Township home. Police said they were called for a welfare check around 2 p.m. Sunday, June 16 and found a person dead inside a residence. Their identity is being withheld pending notification of family members, officials said. In addition to Northampton police, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office is investigating. Exeter police responded to a crash on Route 422 on Wednesday afternoon, June 12. Authorities said it happened near Daniel Boone Road around 2:30 p.m. "Motorists should expect the road to be closed for an extended period of time," Exeter police said.
