$1 Million Powerball Ticket Sold In Pennsylvania A Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Philadelphia on Monday, Sept. 23, the lottery commission announced on Wednesday, Sept. 25.  The winning ticket was sold at Sak Traders Inc. in the 3600 block of Richmond Street. The store will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
