Mom Forces 'Depraved Sexual Desires' On Children: Lebanon County DA A mom has been charged with 27 offenses in connection with horrific sexual abuse of children as young as 5-years-old, the Lebanon County District Attorney's Office announced on Friday, Nov. 1. Katherine Theraisa Longo, 47, of Lebanon, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 29 on 23 felonies and four misdemeanors with offenses including incest, rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault of children, endangering the welfare of children, and numerous related offenses.
