20-Year-Old Woman ID'd In Fatal 2-Vehicle Susquehanna River Crash: Coroner A 20-year-old woman has been identified as the victim of the crash that sent two vehicles into the Susquehanna River in Pennsylvania early Thursday, July 30.  Saige Zink of Columbia Borough, died after the two-vehicle crash in the area of 1938 Water Street in Manor Township, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office. Coroner investigators responded to the scene at 5:14 a.m. after both vehicles were found overturned in approximately five feet of water.  An autopsy performed Friday morning determined Zink died from fresh water drowning.
