'Absurd Criminal Conduct': 2 Charged In PA Road-Rage Gunfire
Two Philadelphia men are accused of opening fire on another driver's vehicle after he inadvertently cut them off on a busy Chester County highway, authorities announced Thursday, Aug. 27.
Sophay Yem, 35, and Intanon Chay, 36, have been charged with attempted murder, terroristic threats, and related offenses in connection with the May 12 road-rage incident in Tredyffrin Township, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
The confrontation began when the victim inadvertently cut off another driver on Route 202 near the Route 30 Bypass, according to the criminal complaint.

A former school bus driver and foster parent who admitted to sexually abusing children entrusted to his care has been sentenced, the prosecutors announced on Thursday, Aug. 27.
Sean Edward Williams, formerly of Duke Center and has been held at the McKean County Jail, after pleading to multiple child sex offenses stemming from crimes committed on his school bus and elsewhere, according to McKean County District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer.

DUI Driver Slams Into PA State Police Cruiser, Injures Trooper In Work Zone: PSP
A suspected impaired driver from Texas slammed into a marked Pennsylvania State Police cruiser in an active construction zone, injuring a trooper, authorities said.
The crash happened on Interstate 476 North near mile marker 4.6 in Marple Township around 11:36 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, according to Public Information Officer Trooper Paul Holdefer.
The driver has since been identified as Ayodele Razaq Adegbite, 53, of Houston, Texas, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Thursday, Aug. 27. The criminal case was filed that day in Delaware County.
