1 Killed, Another Hurt In Head-On Berks County Crash: PA State Police
One person was killed and another injured in a Berks County crash Monday, March 14, authorities said.
A Jordan M. Smith, 22, was driving south on Route 61 just south of Hughes Hill Road in Windsor Township when his car crossed the center lane and veered into oncoming traffic, colliding head-on with a car driven by Randy A. Leh, 57, around 6:45 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police said.
Smith, of Tamaqua, died at the scene, while Reh, of Wyomissing, was taken to Reading Hospital for treatment of unknown injuries, according to police.

Two young Pennsylvania girls were kidnapped at gunpoint on Tuesday, according to state police.
Robert Vicosa, aka Robert Brown, took a woman captive at gunpoint and then stole her vehicle at a home in Windsor Township on Tuesday, as Daily Voice previously reported.
He proceeded to flee the scene with his daughters Giana, 7, and Aaminah, 6, according to police in a press conference on Wednesday.
