Raquel M. Perez, 26, of Wilson Borough, was driving in the 5000 block of Route 309 in Heidelberg Township when her vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree at 3:38 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio said. Driver Dies After Palmer Township Crash, Coroner Says One driver died from his injuries after a crash in Palmer Township on Tuesday evening, Jan. 30, officials say.  Joseph R. Hoagland, 68, suffered a medical emergency that led to a wreck in the parking lot of the William Penn Highway Weis, said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.  Hoagland, of Wilson Borough, was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital - Anderson Campus where he passed from blunt force chest injuries on Wednesday, Jan. 31, authorities said.
