A federal magistrate judge on Friday ordered the detention of a former New Jersey resident who was captured in England after kidnapping his son four years ago. Americans who are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 will soon be able to stop wearing masks indoors in most places, the Associated Press reported Thursday.
