Shooting-Pursuit Injures PA State Trooper On I-76
Details have been released in a shooting-pursuit on Interstate 76 in Lancaster County that hospitalized a Pennsylvania State Trooper on Friday, April 15. Two troopers pulled over two SUVs, one black and one white, around 11:35 p.m. near mile maker 273.2 east in Elizabeth Township, Trooper Kevin Kochka said. One SUV pulled over onto the shoulder and the other one directly behind the trooper's vehicle in the right lane of travel. PA State Police: Chester County Woman, 2 Kids Found Safe
Pennsylvania State Police have safely located a Chester County woman and her two kids after being reported missing since June 18. 1 Dead, Gunman At Large In Chester County Shooting
The gunman who killed a man in an early-morning Chester County shooting remained at large as of Tuesday night, authorities said. Troopers form the Pennsylvania State Police, Embreeville Barracks were dispatched to the 1900 block of Valley Drive in Sadsbury Township around 2 a.m. Tuesday on reports of a shooting, Trooper Kevin Kochka said. There, they found one man -- who had been shot several times -- lifeless, Kochka said. The gunman fled the scene. The public was not in danger.
