Father-Daughter Who Led Human Trafficking Ring Arrested: PA AG A father and daughter who authorities say was the leader of a long-running human trafficking ring have been arrested, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office announced on Tuesday, Oct. 22. Terrance L. Jones, 52, has been arrested leading to the disbanding of the Philadelphia-based human trafficking ring and charges against 22 people, according to PA AG. 'Despicable' Man Sentenced For Raping Bucks County Teenager: Judge Calling him “despicable,” a Bucks County judge sentenced a Sellersville man to 12 ½ years to 25 years in Pennsylvania State Prison for the rape of a 15-year-old girl in Quakertown, authorities said. Miguel Angel Sanchez, 33, was sentenced on Monday, Aug. 26, according to the Bucks County District Attorney.
