1 Hospitalized After Two Tractor-Trailers Collided On I-81 In Lebanon: PennDOT (Photos) Two tractor-trailers collided on Interstate 81 sending one person to the hospital, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.  The crash happened on I-81 South at mile marker 93 in Swatara Township shortly after 4 a.m. on Thursday, August 1, as detailed by Schreffler.  There was "heavy entrapment" and one of the tractor-trailers rolled over, Schreffler explained. Three Crashes Causing Slow Down On PA 283 Three separate crashes caused a traffic jam along Pennsylvania Route 283 in Lancaster County, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
