Man Accused Of Beheading Dad, Posting YouTube Video, Testifies At 1st Hearing: Bucks DA
Justin Mohn, the Middletown Township man who allegedly beheaded his father and posted a disturbing 14-minute-long YouTube video holding his father’s head testified for two hours Tuesday, Sept. 10, authorities announced.
Mohn also allegedly called for violent attacks against members of the federal government, according to Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn.
His father was a government worker.
After testimony at his preliminary hearing at the Bucks County Justice Center, Mohn, 32, was ordered held for trial for the Jan. 30, 2024, killing of his father, the DA said.

Justin Mohn faces new criminal charges including three counts of terrorism, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office announced Thursday, Feb. 15.
Mohn, 32, of Levittown, was previously accused of killing his federal employee father at his Middletown home, beheading his corpse, and uploading the grisly footage to YouTube on Jan. 30.
In the video, authorities said Mohn called for "all militia and patriots across the United States to kill all federal employees." His father Michael Mohn worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers, they noted.

Man Threatens PA Judges He'll Be Like 'School Shooter In Courtroom,' DA Says
A 28-year-old New York man who is awaiting the outcome of a court case, is facing additional charges after threatening two Berks County judges, authorities said.
Tyrel R. Smith, 28, of the Bronx, is charged with terroristic threats and harassment for calling a judge's wife and court administrators on Nov. 9 because his court case is "taking too long," according to the Berks County District Attorney's Office.
He told one judge's wife in a message that he knows their address, to which the wife responded by notifying Berks County court administration, authorities said.
