Repeat Flasher Exposed Himself To Yet Another Child: Lehigh County DA A 63-year-old man has been sentenced after exposing himself to a young girl on a public street — again, the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office announced on Friday, Nov. 8. Blaine Alan Arner, of Tamaqua, was ordered to serve seven-and-a-half to 15 years in prison after a hearing held Thursday, Nov. 7, according to District Attorney's Office. Arner must also serve 15 years of probation and register for life as a sexually violent predator, the district attorney's office said. On Thursday, Aug. 1, the department said Conforti, who had been assigned to Troop L in Hamburg, died while off-duty. Conforti enlisted in the PSP in April 2016. Smith, 22, was driving south on Route 61 just south of Hughes Hill Road in Windsor Township when his car crossed the center lane and veered into oncoming traffic, colliding head-on with a car driven by Randy A. Man Killed In Schuylkill County Parking Lot Crash With Pillar A 67-year-old man died after hitting a pillar in a store parking lot Wednesday in Schuylkill County, authorities said. Arnold Kremmerer was rushed to the hospital after the 2:45 p.m. crash at 45 Plaza Ln., in Tamaqua (Rush Township), the Lehigh County Coroner's Office said. The cause of death was blunt force injuries.  The Nesquehoning man was pronounced dead at at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest around 4:30 p.m., officials said. In addition to this office, this death is being investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police, Frackville Barracks.
