Kidnappers Grab PA Teen In Abduction Attempt: Police (Photos) A 14-year-old girl was the victim of a kidnapping attempt at the Willow Grove Park Mall, authorities announced on Wednesday. The girl was coming down the escalator when she was met by a man she did not know around 7 p.m. on July 12, Abington Township police explained in a release.
