Pedro Found: Missing, Endangered Man Located, PA State Police Say An 80-year-old man who had been reported missing and endangered in Spring Garden Township has been located police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Pedro Iturmendi had last been seen around 6 p.m. near Woodland Drive in Spring Garden Township, according to a release from the Spring Garden Township Police. Iturmendi was believed to be at risk of harm or injury and possibly confused.
