3-Year-Old Boy Shot In Face Placed In Critical Condition: Philly PD Authorities are investigating after a 3-year-old boy was brought to a Philadelphia fire station with a gunshot wound to the cheek Sunday evening.  Police were called to the 31st Street and Grays Ferry Avenue station around 5 p.m. on April 30, the department told Daily Voice.
