Philadelphia Police Identify 14-Year-Old Shot Dead On SEPTA Platform Philadelphia police have released the name of the teenager shot and killed on a SEPTA platform over the weekend.  Authorities were called to the station at the corner of South 52nd Street and Market Street around 2:10 p.m. on Saturday, May 13 for a report of a person with a gun, the department told Daily Voice.  They arrived to find 14-year-old Wort Whipple of Frankford with gunshot wounds to the chest and arm, police wrote.
