This is the first case addressing the freedom of speech of students or minors that the Supreme Court has heard in 50 years. The last was the landmark case of Tinker v. Rickey Williams, 55, -- a security guard from Dauphin County -- was communicating with the detective under the belief he was a girl on the Snapchat app, Fox43 says citing the criminal complaint.
