PA Mom Of 3 Killed Wished Family, Friends Happy Easter In Facebook Post Before Crash A 38-year-old mom of three has died following a three-vehicle crash in Lancaster County on Saturday, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, April 1 and her family detailed on social media. Jazmin Dietrich of York died at Reading Hospital the same day as the crash, according to state police in Lancaster.
