The family of a woman known to them as a "beacon of positivity" is celebrating her life following a fatal crash in Heidelberg Township. "We celebrate the beautiful life of a beloved, daughter and sister, Raquel Muneca Monique Perez, who passed away on Oct. 2," her family said in an obituary they shared with Daily Voice. A Northampton County woman was killed after her vehicle crashed into a tree on Wednesday, Oct. 2, according to authorities. Raquel M. Perez, 26, of Wilson Borough, was driving in the 5000 block of Route 309 in Heidelberg Township when her vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree at 3:38 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio said.
