The looting in Philadelphia continued on Wednesday night, Sept. 27, even after more than 50 people were arrested, according to city police. Incidents on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, Sept. 28 included: A burglary at Nat's Beauty Supply Store on the 6800 block of Frankford Avenue in Mayfair. Nine people broke the front door, stole several items, and fled in a red Hyundai Sonata and a white Acura, police said. A Delaware County boy was beaten and robbed by a group of six to eight children while a dozen more looked on and recorded the incident, according to authorities. Haverford Township police say that five youths between 13 and 15 years old have been charged with aggravated assault, robbery, rioting, and related counts. A sixth teen is expected to face charges when they are identified by investigators. Bucks Man Arrested By FBI In Philly Drag Race Once Threatened To Shoot Up NJ Wawa: Reports
A Bucks County man was in custody after authorities said he used a bullhorn to turn a crowd against police officers in Philadelphia on Oct. 2 — and reports indicate he'd previously been charged with threatening to terrorize a New Jersey Wawa. Joseph Vannauker, 18, of Levittown, was arrested by FBI agents and Philadelphia police on Friday, Oct. 14 for his alleged role in the Oct. 2 incident on the 1900 block of East Sedgley Street, Fox 29 reports.
