Pennsylvania Man Charged With Shooting Cats: SPCA
A Fairless Hills man is accused of shooting a cat dead and badly wounding another, according to officials. Shawuan Lakins, 45, is charged with felony cruelty to animals, said the Bucks County SPCA. Two pet cats were shot in Falls Township last month, Daily Voice reported. A white cat named Tootsie was found dead, and a black cat named Jackie was badly injured and needed emergency surgery to remove her eye, officials said at the time.
