Bucks SPCA's Tanya Garcia Dies, 38 Tanya Smakula Garcia, of Telford, formerly of Sellersville, died on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, according to an obituary published by Anders-Detweiler Funeral Home. She was 38 years old. Tanya graduated from Pennridge High School, class of 2004, according to her obituary. She was an avid cheerleader for seven years. She worked in retail sales and was a member of the Bucks County SPCA. Bucks County Man, 21, Killed By Falling Tree Branch: Coroner A 21-year-old Bucks County man died nine days after being struck by a falling tree branch when he was removing a tree, authorities said. Jesse Owens of East Rockhill Township was pronounced dead on Sunday, Aug. 11 at about 3 p.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. The cause of death is complications of blunt force trauma to the head, the coroner said. Fisher, the Sellersville motorcyclist who died in a crash in Hatfield Township on Saturday, Aug. 26 leaves behind one son, according to loved ones. He was 21.  Fisher and a 66-year-old driver in a Dodge Ram 1500 collided on Bethlehem Pike near Township Line Road, authorities have said. He was airlifted to a nearby trauma center before succumbing to his injuries. A Sellersville native, Fisher was born to Clayton Bryce and Hope M.
