One person is dead and two others are hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash in Philadelphia, police said. The crash happened on the Platt Memorial Bridge in the 6000 block of Penrose Avenue at 2:11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 21, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. A black 2024 BMW X4 was eastbound on the bridge when its driver lost control, flipping the vehicle over into the westbound lanes, police said.
