Road Rage Hit-Run Leaves Pedestrian In Critical Condition At Hershey Medical One person is in critical condition after a road rage incident escalated to a driver turned pedestrian being run over and dragged, Derry Township police announced on Monday morning, Oct. 7. The police were notified of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the 400 block of Park Avenue/PA Route 743 at 9:41 p.m. On Sunday, Oct. 6, as detailed in the release.
