Train Strikes Tractor Trailer In Chester County, Police Say Authorities responded to a railroad crossing in Oxford Borough on Wednesday, April 17 after a train crashed into a tractor-trailer, police said.  Officials said it happened at the Mount Pleasant Road crossing around 3:30 p.m. The road was closed between South Third and Grant streets for several hours while crews cleared the scene.  Oxford Police Department No injuries were reported, police added.
