An unidentified man was shot dead by an officer at a police station in Elizabethtown early Sunday morning, Nov. 3, Lancaster County District Attorney Heather Adams announced later in the day. A new charge has been filed for a Central Pennsylvania man whose wife was found dead in a bathtub on Thursday night, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney's office.
